The Leat Close Management Association Limited (LCMA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) usually takes place in February/March each year and is normally held at the local Parish Hall (Great St. Mary’s Parish Hall) in Sawbridgeworth. All residents and owners are invited to attend the meeting and will have the opportunity to express their views and concerns regarding the upkeep of the Leat Close Estate. The committee welcomes you to the AGM and will be there to answer any questions you may have.
An invitation letter, a copy of the minutes from the previous AGM and a copy of the years accounts, which shows how the maintenance fee has been allocated in the previous year will be sent before the meeting.
We do recommend you attend the AGM if you want your voice and opinion to be heard as this will help the Leat Close Management Association Limited when prioritising matters and actions at the next committee meeting.
